The value of stress

This week has been quite a whirlwind. Three of us have been sick with some sort of virus that has totally wiped us out. Cornelia went to the doctor and was diagnosed with a sinus infection. Well I didn't know that a sinus infection is contagious.

Also we have been praying for ministry support from our partners. We are really struggling financially are having trouble paying our bills, buying groceries etc., but at the same time we don't sell short our faithfulness in the Lord to provide. The evil one is trying to attack us on several fronts, so if you are reading this please pray for God to work mightily. The work that we are involved in is critically important to sharing Jesus with the world. The point being if we can lead just the right person to Christ then the possibility of them leading others in their people group to Jesus is huge. Then some how just like the early Christin's eventually led Rome to Christ. These people might just go back home and influence their people and lead them to Christ. Its possible.

Unfortunately everything runs on cash including ministry. Unfortunately cash is something we don't have a whole lot of right now. So we need your prayers for God's provision.

We are excited about our work. As unconventional as it may seem ...it is the very same work that the apostle Paul initiated. We are proud to follow his foot steps.

Boy what a day!!!

Most of today was spent working on my news letter. Cornelia has been sick, so I had to do most of it by myself. The news letter will go in the mail tomorrow. I said a prayer over them tonight. I hope people will give so we can continue our work. Also y'all pray the Cornelia is better by morning.

God has given me some good contacts this week for event evangelism. I know some of you may be scared to share your faith..but I would encourage you not to give up. The more you do witness the easier and the bolder you get. Most people are so confused that they really don't have a defense even to a person with basic knowledge of Christian doctrine.

Pray for relief from these soaring gas prices. I know several people including me that can barely afford to tank up.

Also pray for the Latino people that I work with. Many are struggling to buy food much less pay the bills. By the way these are not Illegals.

Sunday My Favorite Day

To day I had a god conversation with an old friend of mine. We talked about our kids and how proud we are of them and the way they have all become their on person. It was a good conversation.

Cornelia has been sick today with some sort of virus, so if you all could pray for her to get better, I know that she should be comforted knowing you all are praying for her.

I went to a Christian concert in Atlanta Friday night and while waiting for the doors to open a big muscle bound man approached me and said that he was leaving to go to Iraq on Saturday. His name was Marcellus. I told him that I was personally grateful for his sacrifice for our country and assured him that I would be praying for him.

Next week is a big week for our fledgling ministry as we make our first attempt to raise funds. Please pray for God to impress on the hearts of all that receive our letters that they will feel led to support our work as we go about the business of sharing Christ with others...If you really call that a business.

Thanks to Mark Cahill for sharing my burdens with me. I love yo man and appreciate everything that you do for me.

Finally we continue to work on other witnessing opportunities. Please add that to your prayer list also. I am finding out that this is much more stressful than I thought. Nevertheless we still have plenty of faith that God is truly still on the throne.

Love,
Keith
